Is there a fee to join?
No. The Yukon Tire Centre Loyalty Rewards Program is free to join. To be eligible, you must be a Yukon resident and at least 16 years old. Businesses and commercial accounts are not eligible.

Can Yukon Tire Centre employees participate?
Yes. Yukon Tire Centre employees are eligible to participate in the Yukon Tire Centre Loyalty Rewards Program, provided they meet the program eligibility requirements.

How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
Eligible purchases and services can earn Loyalty Rewards. Provide your Loyalty information before completing payment so your qualifying transaction can be recorded. Loyalty Rewards are earned at the rate set out in the Program Terms and Conditions.

What departments can I earn Loyalty Rewards in?
Eligible purchases may include products and services from our participating departments, including:
- Tire Shop
- Mechanical Services
- Fuel Centres
- Convenience Stores
- Propane
- Other participating products and services
Ask our staff if you are unsure whether a particular purchase qualifies.

Do all purchases qualify for Loyalty Rewards?
No. Tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and vaping products, gift cards, lottery tickets, phone cards, taxes, and other excluded products, services, promotions, fees, or transactions do not qualify. Program exclusions may change from time to time.

Can I use my Loyalty Rewards on any purchase?
Rewards may be subject to certain restrictions and exclusions. Please check with our staff before making a purchase if you are unsure whether your rewards can be applied.

Can I earn rewards when I purchase fuel?
Yes. Eligible fuel purchases may earn Loyalty Rewards when processed through an eligible in-store transaction. Loyalty Rewards cannot be earned on transactions completed directly at fuel-pump terminals.

Can I earn rewards on propane?
Yes. Eligible propane purchases may earn Loyalty Rewards, subject to program exclusions.

Can I earn rewards on tires and mechanical services?
Yes. Participating tire and mechanical purchases may qualify for Loyalty Rewards. Certain products, services, manufacturers, or promotions may be excluded.

Can I combine Loyalty Rewards with other promotions?
Some promotions may be combined with Loyalty Rewards, while others may not. Promotional terms will specify any restrictions.

Do my Loyalty Rewards expire?
Yes. Loyalty Rewards may expire if there is no activity on the account for 36 months, in accordance with the Yukon Tire Centre Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Can I transfer my Loyalty Rewards to someone else?
Loyalty Rewards are intended for the Program Member and may not be transferable unless specifically permitted by Yukon Tire Centre.

What happens if I return something I purchased?
If a purchase that earned Loyalty Rewards is returned, any rewards associated with that purchase may be adjusted, cancelled, or removed.

What happens if I lose my Loyalty card?
Don’t worry. Speak with a member of our team. We may be able to locate your Loyalty Rewards account and help you continue earning Loyalty Rewards.

Can I have more than one Loyalty Rewards account?
No, only 1 account per person is allowed.

Can businesses participate in the Yukon Tire Centre Loyalty Rewards Program?
No. Businesses and commercial accounts are not eligible for the Yukon Tire Centre Loyalty Rewards Program.

What if I believe I didn’t receive my Loyalty Rewards?
Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll review the transaction and determine whether the purchase qualified for the program.
